This is a unique holiday rental property in the heart of Andalucía – between Seville and Cordoba, Spain. The perfect location for all your holiday needs. Whether you are looking to explore the historic towns of Seville, Cordoba, Granada and beyond, or you are simply looking for a private hideaway for family and friends. This is your perfect holiday location.
PLEASE NOTE : Our normal letting period is for one week (Saturday to Saturday). In peak periods we usually have no difficulty in letting for the full week, so we are likely to decline bookings during this period that are not for a full week. However, we may let for shorter periods if late availability allows.
The Pool and House are completely private and are not shared with anyone.
The house is located in a peaceful and quiet rural Spanish village. The majority of the properties in the village belong to working families, and so is not suitable for late night activity after 11pm or parties.
The Villa features : 4 Large Private Bedrooms. With the ability to sleep 8 – each room features its own en suite bathroom, dressing room, with workspace available for those who need to stay connected. Typical configuration 2 double and 2 twin rooms.
Large Pool – The centre piece of this Roman Style Villa is a large private pool. Relax in the sun or shade under the colonnade. Access to the pool can be restricted preventing small children using it unattended. 3 Dining Areas – Our Sun Terrace has ample seating for large groups and a built in barbecue.
If you prefer things a bit cooler, then our large Moroccan dining area is permanently in the shade. Sun Terrace – Enjoy sun all day on our 15 meter long roof terrace. A place to lounge and relax with family and friends. Featuring a large purpose built barbecue, dining area, sunbathing area and a covered seating area for those who don’t like things too hot !

There are some amazing cities, towns and villages to visit in Andalucía. Many are a relatively short drive from the beautiful holiday home of Casa Uno. There really is something for everyone, so do your research before you visit. We are situated in the middle of the Golden Triangle of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. We even have our own Game of Thrones Castle (Highgarden) only 25 minutes away, which is a great day out.;
